 The Y offers a fun gymnastics program dedicated to helping every child reach their fullest potential, both physically and mentally. We believe gymnastics training provides an excellent foundation in physical fitness, emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility and coordination, the basics of all sports. Regardless of their physical talents, all children benefit from gymnastics activities. Therefore, we strive to create a safe, secure atmosphere that develops, in each student, self-discipline, self-confidence and enthusiasm as well as gymnastics skills.
